We are a family owned business, whose staff have over 14 years experience within both public and private property management including lettings, arrears, maintenance and inspections as well as specific experience of leasehold management and residential block management.

We offer a management service for all types of buildings, including new build, period property and flat conversions.

Acaria Management aim to work with the freeholders and leaseholders to reduce costs, whilst improving standards, safety and providing a personal level of service.

Unlike some other Managing Agents we do NOT charge fees for appointing contractors such as cleaners or decorators.

The level of management and service ranges from Full Management to Part Management or a Bespoke Service. Furthermore, we offer a consultative role by assisting in preparation of maintenance tenders and right to manage applications.
